Lance, I installed the shims in my Charter Arms Bulldog and the reduced power main spring, what a difference. It removed the gritty feeling and reduced the force needed to pull the trigger. It made the gun more pleasant to shoot. Thank you, David in WA

Your hammer shims appear to have fixed my Charter Arms Undercover misfire issues. I think the hammer rubbing the frame and once in a while contacting right before firing pin strike was causing the issues. I bought the (Wolff) extra power spring as well but tried the shims first. No misfires in 50 rds ~ Jason
